Both runs head up Marlow Bottom valley which provides a gentle warm up for the first few kilometres before heading into the hills.

The routes keep off-road where possible to make the most of the beautiful chiltern countryside.

This new course is designed to give parkrunners a challenge, without the extra endurance a 10k needs.

This course is a race for juniors around the vicinity of the school.

We also have our Fun Run which incorporates the local woodland and is design d for families.
