On The Day

7.30am – 8.35am – On the day registration

Head to the registration area on the school playground to collect your race pack or register on the day. The fun run entries can continue after the main race until 9.30am.

Entry fee is £22 for the 10k and £17 for 5k – payable by either cheque or cash (sorry no cards accepted).

Race times –

Due to many parents/adults asking to run the fun run also with their children we made a committee decision to move the main races together and give enough time back to also jog around with children. The 10k is a challenging course with primarily the main bulk off road with a fast start and finish.

  • 9.00am – 10k/5k Race Start
  • 10.15 – 10.30am – Fun Run Start (approximately 1.96k) – If you have entered one of the main races let us know and we will give you a free entry to the fun run so you can run with the kids.
  • 11.00 am – Prize Giving (approximately)

There will prizes for all category winners and runners-up, so please stick around for the prize giving if you can. Senior Male/Female (1st – 3rd), Vet M40,50,60,70 and VW35,45,55,65 for both the 5/10k and for the fun run children’s trophies and a team prize for the 10k.

Keep your number and we will give you a raffle ticket to enter into the Prize draw with some prizes. These will be pulled out after the main prizes awarded… you may win a prize!

Parking is available in the Rose Industrial Estate car park and in the Barn Club Carpark (a 5-minute walk from the school gates). Both will have visible signs once you pass the parade of shops. There will be marshalls at the Rose Industrial to direct you if needed. There is also additional parking in the Playing Fields car park at the end of Burford Close but please note this car park will not re-open until the end of the event. If you choose to park in the surrounding area please park considerately and don’t block residents driveways.

Bag Storage

Bags can be left at the registration site under the 2 wooden gazebos. Please don’t leave any valuables in your bags as they are left at your own risk.


There are toilets in the school building in various locations.

First Aid

Will be provided, also we have a number of marshalls trained for basic first aid. Walkie-talkies will be used to connect back with race HQ.


We have partnered with http://marlowsportstherapy.com Mark Skoyles who will be providing massage slots on the day

Sports Retail

We will have Runners Retreat onsite should you need to collect any last minute fuel or want to take up the 10% with your race number.


Delicious cakes and biscuits home-made by parents at the school are on sale with teas and coffees on the playground/ in the registration area. Hot bacon and sausage sandwiches are also available at the BBQ stall.
